Pizza Bar is an Italian concept rooted in craft. Built around a single belief: that the best things are made slowly and without compromise. Every element — from the dough to the fire to the table — reflects a deliberate, unhurried approach to food.

 

Our dough ferments for 48 hours. This slow process breaks down the flour's starches naturally, resulting in a crust that is light, digestible, and complex in flavour. No shortcuts. No same-day dough. Just time doing its work. We cook in a wood-fired oven at over 400°C. The crust blisters and chars at the edges, the base crisps in seconds, and the centre stays open and soft. Ninety seconds in the fire — years in the making.
